2. Plain low-fat yogurt - 1 ¼ cups
3. Onion, chopped - 1
4. Pickled cucumber, diced - 1
5. Prepared yellow mustard - 1 tablespoon
6. Ground black pepper to taste - 1 tablespoon
7. White sugar, or to taste - 1 pinch
