1. Boneless beef chuck roast - 1 (4 pound)
2. Taco seasoning - 2 (1 ounce) packages
3. Onion, halved and sliced (Optional) - 1
4. Seasoned salt, or more to taste - 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Slow Cooker Shredded Beef for Tacos and Burritos

1. Stage

Place beef roast in crock of a slow cooker. Sprinkle taco seasoning over the beef; top with onion slices.

2. Stage

Cook on Low 8 to 10 hours.

3. Stage

Remove beef to a cutting board and shred with a pair of forks. Return beef to slow cooker and season with seasoned salt.
