1. 2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened -
2. 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese -
3. 1/2 cup crumbled cooked bacon -
4. 2 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted -
5. 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce -
6. 1 teaspoon Liquid Smoke,optional -
7. Topping: -
8. 1/2 cup crumbled cooked bacon -
9. 1/2 cup sesame seeds, toasted -
10. 1 tablespoon minced chives -
11. Assorted fresh vegetables or crackers -

How to cook deliciously - Smoky Sesame Cheese Log

1. Stage

In a large bowl, beat the first five ingredients until blended. Add Liquid Smoke if desired. Shape mixture into a log. Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.

2. Stage

For topping, combine the bacon, sesame seeds and chives; roll cheese log in topping. Serve with vegetables or crackers.
