2. 1 cup sugar -
3. 1/3 cup white wine or grape juice -
4. 1/2 teaspoon almond extract -
5. 1/2 teaspoon salt -

How to cook deliciously - Sour Cherry Sorbet

1. Stage

Place cherries in a food processor; cover and process until smooth. Add remaining ingredients; cover and pulse until blended. Pour into a freezer container. Cover and freeze until firm, 4 hours or overnight. Let sit 15 minutes before serving.
