2. Uncooked long-grain rice - 1 cup
3. Onion, diced - 1 slice
4. Garlic, minced - 3 cloves
5. Green bell pepper, chopped - 1
6. Red bell pepper, chopped - 1
7. Whole peeled tomatoes, crushed - 1 (28 ounce) can
8. Chicken broth - 1 cup
9. Salt - 1 teaspoon
10. Ground black pepper - 1 teaspoon
11. Cayenne pepper - 1 teaspoon

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
