2. Unbaked pastry shell - 1 (9 inch)
3. Diced cooked chicken - 1 cup
4. Chopped fresh spinach - 1 cup
5. Chopped sweet onion (such as Vidalia®) - ½ cup
6. Eggs - 3 large
7. Half-and-half - ¾ cup
8. Mayonnaise - ½ cup
9. Salt - ¼ teaspoon
10. Ground black pepper - ⅛ teaspoon
11. Salt-free seasoning blend (such as Mrs. Dash), or to taste - 1 pinch
12. Herbes de Provence, or to taste - 1 pinch

How to cook deliciously - Spinach Quiche with Chicken

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Sprinkle 1/4 cup Cheddar cheese into pastry shell. Mix together chicken, spinach, remaining 3/4 cup Cheddar cheese, and onion in a medium bowl; transfer mixture to pastry shell.

Whisk together eggs, half-and-half, mayonnaise, salt, black pepper, seasoning blend, and herbes de Provence in a second medium bowl until well combined; pour over chicken mixture.
