Ingredients for - Strawberry Rhubarb Pie

1. White sugar - 1 cup
2. All-purpose flour - ½ cup
3. Rhubarb, cut into 1/4 inch slices - 1 pound
4. Strawberries, hulled and quartered - 2 pints
5. Pastry for a 9 inch double crust pie - 1 recipe
6. Butter - 2 tablespoons
7. Egg yolk - 1 large
8. White sugar - 2 tablespoons

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
