1. Cream cheese, softened - 1 (8 ounce) package
2. White sugar - ½ cup
3. Butter, at room temperature - 2 teaspoons
4. Vanilla extract - ½ teaspoon
5. Flaked coconut - ½ cup
6. Maraschino cherries, chopped, or more to taste - 8
7. Graham cracker crumbs - ½ cup

How to cook deliciously - Cherry Cheesecake Balls

1. Stage

Beat cream cheese, sugar, butter, and vanilla extract together in a bowl using an electric mixer. Beat in coconut and cherries.

2. Stage

Drop batter by teaspoonfuls into graham cracker crumbs and form into balls; roll again and place on wax paper-lined baking sheets.

3. Stage

Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
