Ingredients for - Curried Crab Dip

1. Nonstick cooking spray -
2. Dried currants - ½ cup
3. Boiling water, or as needed - ½ cup
4. Cream cheese, softened - 2 (8 ounce) packages
5. Coconut milk - ⅓ cup
6. Minced green onions - ⅓ cup
7. Minced red bell pepper - ⅓ cup
8. Curry powder - 2 tablespoons
9. Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
10. Lump crabmeat, picked over - 1 pound

How to cook deliciously - Curried Crab Dip

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a casserole dish with nonstick spray.

2. Stage

Place currants in a bowl. Add boiling water until just barely covered. Let stand for 15 minutes.

3. Stage

Drain currants, and reserve the liquid.

4. Stage

Combine cream cheese, coconut milk, green onions, bell pepper, curry powder, and mayonnaise; beat until smooth and creamy. Mix in crabmeat, currants, and reserved liquid. Transfer to the prepared casserole dish.

5. Stage

Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
