Ingredients for - Curried Crab Dip

1. Nonstick cooking spray
2. Dried currants ½ cup
3. Boiling water, or as needed ½ cup
4. Cream cheese, softened 2 (8 ounce) packages
5. Coconut milk ⅓ cup
6. Minced green onions ⅓ cup
7. Minced red bell pepper ⅓ cup
8. Curry powder 2 tablespoons
9. Mayonnaise 2 tablespoons
10. Lump crabmeat, picked over 1 pound

How to cook deliciously - Curried Crab Dip

1 . Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a casserole dish with nonstick spray.

2 . Stage

Place currants in a bowl. Add boiling water until just barely covered. Let stand for 15 minutes.

3 . Stage

Drain currants, and reserve the liquid.

4 . Stage

Combine cream cheese, coconut milk, green onions, bell pepper, curry powder, and mayonnaise; beat until smooth and creamy. Mix in crabmeat, currants, and reserved liquid. Transfer to the prepared casserole dish.

5 . Stage

Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
