2. Halved and thickly sliced celery stalks ¾ cup
3. Chopped white onion 2 tablespoons
4. Sliced green onions ⅓ cup
5. Salted sunflower kernels ½ cup
6. Mayonnaise, or to taste ½ cup
7. White vinegar, or to taste 2 tablespoons
8. Sea salt to taste 2 tablespoons
9. Ground black pepper, or to taste ½ teaspoon
