2. Salsa 2 cups
3. Whole kernel corn, drained 1 (15 ounce) can
4. Taco seasoning 1 (1 ounce) package
5. Salt and ground black pepper to taste 1 (1 ounce) package
6. Shell pasta 2 cups
7. Shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese 2 cups
8. Sliced green onions ½ cup
9. Shredded sharp Cheddar cheese 1 cup

How to cook deliciously - Easy Taco Mac and Cheese

1 . Stage

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir ground beef in the hot skillet until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain and discard grease. Add salsa, corn, and taco seasoning. Season meat sauce with salt and pepper.
