1. Tuna in water, drained 1 (5 ounce) can
2. Dried cranberries ⅓ cup
3. Sweet apple, cut into 1/4-inch pieces ½
4. Light mayonnaise 2 tablespoons
5. Green onion, chopped 1
6. Sea salt to taste 1
7. Ground black pepper to taste 1
8. Chopped fresh spinach 4 cups

1 . Stage

Mix tuna, cranberries, apple, mayonnaise, green onion, sea salt, and black pepper together in a bowl; refrigerate 1 hour.

2 . Stage

Put 2 cups spinach on each of 2 plates. Top spinach with about half the tuna salad.
