2. Brown sugar - ¾ cup
3. Vegetable oil - ¼ cup
4. Water - ¼ cup
5. Eggs - 2
6. All-purpose flour - 1 ½ cups
7. Pumpkin pie spice - 1 teaspoon
8. Baking powder - ¾ teaspoon
9. Baking soda - ½ teaspoon
10. Ground cinnamon - ½ teaspoon
11. Salt - ¼ teaspoon
12. Chocolate chips - ½ cup

How to cook deliciously - Sweet Potato-Chocolate Chip Muffins

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease or line 15 muffin cups with paper liners.

Mix sweet potato, brown sugar, oil, water, and eggs together in a large bowl using an electric mixer or by hand.
