1. 1-1/4 cups water -
2. 1/4 cup butter, cubed -
3. 1/2 teaspoon salt -
4. 1 cup all-purpose flour -
5. 4 large eggs, room temperature -
6. 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese -
7. Filling: -
8. 2 cups finely chopped cooked chicken -
9. 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese -
10. 3/4 cup chopped celery -
11. 1/2 cup mayonnaise -
12. 1/2 teaspoon salt -
13. 1/2 teaspoon prepared yellow mustard -
14. 1/8 teaspoon pepper -
15. Minced chives, optional -

How to cook deliciously - Swiss Cheese Chicken Puffs

1. Stage

In a large saucepan, bring the water, butter and salt to a boil. Add flour all at once and stir until a smooth ball forms. Remove from the heat; let stand for 5 minutes. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition. Continue beating until mixture is smooth and shiny. Stir in cheese.

2. Stage

Drop by tablespoonfuls 2 in. apart onto greased baking sheets. Bake at 400° until golden brown, 20-25 minutes. Remove to wire racks. Immediately split puffs open; remove tops and set aside. Discard the soft dough from inside the puffs. Cool puffs.

3. Stage

Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine the first 7 filling ingredients. Spoon into puffs and, if desired, sprinkle with chives; replace tops. Serve immediately.
