1. Aluminum foil -
2. Nonstick cooking spray - 1 serving
3. Crispy rice cereal squares (such as Rice Chex®) - 4 cups
4. Crispy corn cereal squares (such as Corn Chex®) - 4 cups
5. Mini pretzel twists - 2 cups
6. Fish-shaped cheese crackers (such as Goldfish®) - 1 ½ cups
7. Original flavor crunchy corn kernels (such as CornNuts®) - 1 ½ cups
8. Unsalted butter, melted - 6 tablespoons
9. Chili-lime seasoning (such as Tajin®) - 3 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Tajin® Snack Mix

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C). Line a large rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil.

2. Stage

Combine rice and corn cereal squares, pretzels, fish-shaped crackers, and corn kernels in a large bowl.

3. Stage

Stir melted butter and chili-lime seasoning together in a small bowl until well combined. Pour over the cereal mixture and gently stir with a rubber spatula until evenly coated. Transfer to the prepared baking sheet and spread to an even layer.

4. Stage

Bake in the preheated oven, stirring every 10 minutes, until crunchy and fragrant, about 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and let sit for 5 minutes to cool.
