Ingredients for - Thai Peanut Dressing

1. Cornstarch - 2 tablespoons
2. Cold water - ½ cup
3. Warm water - 1 cup
4. Smooth peanut butter - ½ cup
5. Low-sodium soy sauce - ¼ cup
6. Brown sugar - ¼ cup
7. White vinegar - 1 tablespoon
8. Sesame oil - 2 teaspoons
9. Chopped peanuts (Optional) - ¼ cup
10. Chopped fresh mint leaves (Optional) - 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Thai Peanut Dressing

1. Stage

Dissolve cornstarch in cold water.

2. Stage

Whisk warm water, peanut butter, soy sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, and sesame oil together in a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a simmer, then cook, whisking constantly, until sugar has dissolved, 1 to 2 minutes. Stir in the cornstarch mixture and simmer until thick, 1 to 2 minutes.

3. Stage

Spoon sauce into a serving bowl and garnish with peanuts and mint. Serve warm.
