3. Soft goat cheese 9 ounces
4. Finely grated Cheddar cheese ¾ cup
5. Finely shredded Monterey Jack cheese ½ cup
6. Chili powder 1 teaspoon
7. Ground cumin 1 teaspoon
8. Ground coriander ¼ teaspoon
9. Gluten-free bread crumbs ¼ cup
10. Cotija cheese 2 tablespoons
11. Dried Mexican oregano 1 tablespoon
12. Fresh thyme leaves 2 tablespoons

1 . Stage

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Cut jalapenos in half lengthwise. Put on disposable gloves to remove the seeds and membranes.
