5. 1/2 teaspoon paprika -

7. 1 pound lean ground turkey -
8. 2 teaspoons canola oil -

1. Stage

In a large bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients. Crumble turkey over mixture; mix lightly but thoroughly. Shape into 6 patties. Refrigerate, covered, for 2 hours.

In a large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add patties; cook until a thermometer reads 165°, 6-7 minutes on each side.
