3. Brown rice flour ½ cup

6. Unsweetened plain soy milk 1 cup
7. Unsweetened applesauce ¼ cup
8. Pure maple syrup ¼ cup

1 . Stage

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Line 6 muffin cups with paper liners.

Mix cornmeal, sorghum flour, brown rice flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
