1. Almond meal ½ cup
2. Almond meal 2 tablespoons
3. White sugar ¼ cup
4. Unsweetened applesauce ¼ cup
5. All-purpose flour 1 ½ tablespoons
6. Vanilla extract, or to taste ½ teaspoon
7. Almond extract, or to taste ⅛ teaspoon

1 . Stage

Combine 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons almond meal, sugar, applesauce, flour, vanilla extract, and almond extract in a bowl; stir until smooth. Let it firm up in the refrigerator for about 1 hour before using.
