1. Uncooked spaghetti 8 ounces
2. Vegetable oil ¼ cup
3. Fresh sliced mushrooms 2 cups
4. Onion, chopped 1
5. Shredded carrots 1 cup
6. Sliced red bell peppers ½ cup
7. Garlic, minced 2 cloves
8. Fresh bean sprouts 2 cups
9. Chopped green onions ½ cup
10. Chicken broth 1 cup
11. Cornstarch 1 tablespoon
12. Hoisin sauce ¼ cup
13. Honey 2 tablespoons
14. Soy sauce 1 tablespoon
15. Grated fresh ginger 1 teaspoon
16. Cayenne pepper ¼ teaspoon
17. Curry powder ¼ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Vegetable Lo Mein

1 . Stage

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.

2 . Stage

Heat oil in a large wok or sauté pan. Stir-fry mushrooms, onion, carrots, peppers, and garlic until tender. Stir in bean sprouts and green onions; cook for 1 minute.

3 . Stage

Mix chicken broth and cornstarch in a small bowl and add to stir-fry. Stir in hoisin sauce, honey, soy sauce, ginger, cayenne pepper, and curry powder. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.

Add cooked spaghetti; toss to coat.
