1. Watermelon, seeded and cut into chunks 1 pound
2. Water chestnuts, drained and halved 1 (8 ounce) can
3. Sesame seeds, or as desired 1 ¾ ounces
4. Salt 1 teaspoon
5. Garlic chives, finely chopped ½ bunch
6. Fresh cilantro leaves, chopped ½ bunch
7. Raspberry vinegar ¼ cup
8. White sugar 2 tablespoons
9. Sesame oil 1 teaspoon
10. Fish sauce 1 dash

1 . Stage

Combine the watermelon, water chestnuts, sesame seeds, salt, garlic chives, and cilantro in a large mixing bowl.
