1. Chicken stock - 2 ½ cups
2. Diced cooked rotisserie chicken - 2 cups
3. Cannellini beans, drained - 2 (15 ounce) cans
4. Sweet whole kernel corn, drained - 1 (15.25 ounce) can
5. Chopped green chiles, drained - 1 (4 ounce) can
6. White chicken chili seasoning mix (such as McCormick®) - 2 tablespoons
7. Chicken bouillon granules - 1 teaspoon
8. Onion Powder - ½ teaspoon
9. Ground black pepper - ½ teaspoon
10. Sour cream - 1 (8 ounce) carton
11. Chopped fresh cilantro, or to taste - 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - White Rotisserie Chicken Chili

1. Stage

Combine chicken stock, chicken, beans, corn, chiles, chili seasoning mix, chicken bouillon, onion powder, and pepper in a pot; bring to boil.

Reduce heat and let simmer for at least 1 hour. Add sour cream in the last 15 minutes and stir to combine. Garnish with cilantro.
