Ingredients for - 30-Minute Mashed Potato Pizza

1. Refrigerated pizza dough (such as Pillsbury®) - 1 (13.8 ounce) can
2. Milk - 2 cups
3. Mashed potato flakes (such as Hungry Jack®) - 1 (7.6 ounce) package
4. Butter - 1 tablespoon
5. Precooked thick-cut bacon, diced - 4 slices
6. Garlic, minced and divided - 4 cloves
7. Olive oil - 3 tablespoons
8. Shredded mozzarella cheese - 1 cup
9. Shredded sharp Cheddar cheese - 1 cup

How to cook deliciously - 30-Minute Mashed Potato Pizza

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

Roll pizza crust onto a baking sheet.

Bake in the preheated oven for 5 minutes.

While crust is prebaking, combine milk and mashed potatoes in a microwave-safe bowl. Cook in the microwave for 3 minutes. Add butter, bacon, and 2 cloves of garlic; stir until creamy.

Remove crust from oven and leave oven on. Combine olive oil and remaining garlic in a small bowl and brush on top. Spread 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese over crust and spoon dollops of mashed potato mixture on top. Spread remaining mozzarella cheese and Cheddar cheese over the pizza.

6. Stage

Bake in the hot oven until melted, about 20 minutes.
