1. Ground sirloin - 10 ounces
2. Tomato sauce, divided - 3 tablespoons
3. Finely chopped onion - 2 tablespoons
4. Quick-cooking oats - 2 tablespoons
5. Italian seasoning - 1 teaspoon
6. Dried parsley - 1 teaspoon
7. Salt, or to taste - ¼ teaspoon
8. Freshly ground black pepper, or to taste - ¼ teaspoon
9. Cooking spray - ¼ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Air Fryer Mini Italian Meatloaves for Two

1. Stage

Preheat the air fryer to 355 degrees F (180 degrees C).

2. Stage

Combine sirloin, 2 tablespoons tomato sauce, onion, oats, Italian seasoning, parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl and mix until just incorporated. Form into 2 small loaves that are approximately 4 1/2 inches long and 2 inches wide.

Lightly spray the inner basket of the air fryer with cooking spray. Add the 2 loaves, without touching one another, and lightly brush the tops with the remaining 1 tablespoon tomato sauce.
