2. Spinach, drained and squeezed - 1 (13.5 ounce) can
3. Cottage cheese - 1 cup
4. Eggs, beaten - 2
5. Crumbled feta cheese - ¼ cup
6. All-purpose flour - 2 tablespoons
7. Butter, melted - 2 tablespoons
8. Garlic, minced, or more to taste - 1 clove
9. Onion Powder - 1 ½ teaspoons
10. Ground nutmeg - ⅛ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Air Fryer Spinach and Feta Casserole

1. Stage

Preheat an air fryer to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease an 8-inch pie pan with cooking spray and set aside.

2. Stage

Combine spinach, cottage cheese, eggs, feta cheese, flour, butter, garlic, onion powder, and nutmeg in a bowl. Stir until all ingredients are well incorporated. Pour into the prepared pie pan.

Air fry until the center is set, 18 to 20 minutes.
