1. Carrots, peeled and cut into sticks - 3 large
2. Grapeseed oil - 1 tablespoon
3. Ground cumin - ¼ teaspoon
4. Ground coriander - ¼ teaspoon
5. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - 1 pinch
6. Plain yogurt - 1 ½ tablespoons
7. Tahini - 1 tablespoon
8. Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
9. Garlic powder - 1 pinch
10. Cayenne pepper - 1 pinch
11. Chopped fresh parsley - 1 tablespoon
12. Aleppo pepper (Optional) - 1 pinch

How to cook deliciously - Air-Fried Carrots with Tahini-Lemon Sauce

1. Stage

Preheat the air fryer to 390 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Toss carrot sticks with oil, cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Transfer to the air fryer basket and set timer for 5 minutes. Shake the basket and continue cooking until carrots are tender and starting to brown, about 5 minutes more.

Meanwhile, whisk yogurt, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, and cayenne in a small bowl. Season with salt.
