How to cook deliciously - Air-Fryer Green Beans

1. Stage

Preheat the air fryer to 375°F. Pat dry the green beans, mushrooms and onion slices. In a large bowl, combine the green beans, mushrooms, onion, oil, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Toss to evenly coat everything. Editor’s Tip: Make sure you have the appropriate size air fryer before getting started. For 1 pound of green beans, opt for a 5-quart cooker.

2. Stage

Spread the vegetable mixture evenly on a greased tray in the air fryer basket. Cook just until the vegetables are tender, 8 to 10 minutes. Toss to redistribute everything, then cook until the mixture is browned, 8 to 10 minutes longer. Test Kitchen Tip: In our testing, we've found that air-fryer cooking times can vary dramatically, even among the best air-fryer brands. Keep an eye on your vegetables, and check them for doneness after the initial eight minutes.
