1. 1 package (30 ounces) frozen shredded hash brown potatoes -
2. 1 large red onion, finely chopped -
3. 1 small sweet red pepper, finely chopped -
4. 1 small green pepper, finely chopped -
5. 4 garlic cloves, minced -
6. 2 tablespoons olive oil -
7. 1/2 teaspoon salt -
8. 1/2 teaspoon pepper -
9. 3 drops hot pepper sauce, optional -
10. 2 teaspoons minced fresh parsley -

How to cook deliciously - Air-Fryer Hash Browns

1. Stage

Preheat air fryer to 375°. In a large bowl, combine the first 8 ingredients; if desired, add hot sauce. In batches, spread mixture in an even 3/4-in.-thick layer on a greased tray in air-fryer basket. Cook until golden and crispy, 15-20 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley just before serving.
