Ingredients for - Asian Beef Noodles

1. 1 pound lean ground beef (90% lean) -
2. 2 packages (3 ounces each) Soy sauce ramen noodles, crumbled -
3. 2-1/2 cups water -
4. 2 cups frozen broccoli stir-fry vegetable blend -
5. 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger -
6. 2 tablespoons thinly sliced green onion -

How to cook deliciously - Asian Beef Noodles

1. Stage

In a large skillet, cook the beef over medium heat until the meat is no longer pink, crumbling it as you go. Drain the excess liquid, then add the contents of one ramen noodle flavoring packet, stirring until it has dissolved into the meat. Remove the beef from the pan and set it aside.

2. Stage

In the same skillet, combine the water, vegetables, ginger, noodles and the contents of the second flavoring packet. Bring the dish to a boil, then reduce the heat, cover the skillet and simmer things until the noodles are tender, three to four minutes, stirring occasionally.

3. Stage

Return the beef to the pan and heat it through. Finally, stir in the green onion.
