6. 3 tablespoons brown sugar -
7. 2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce -
8. 1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter -
9. 1 teaspoon lime juice -
10. 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger -
11. 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper -
12. 1 cup shredded cooked chicken -
13. 2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion -
14. Julienned carrot and chopped fresh cilantro -

How to cook deliciously - Grilled Zucchini with Peanut Chicken

1. Stage

Place zucchini on an oiled grill rack over medium heat; grill, covered, until tender, 3-4 minutes per side. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

2. Stage

In a small saucepan, whisk together first 7 topping ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, until slightly thickened, 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in chicken and onion; heat through.
