2. 1/4 cup crushed saltines -
3. 1 large egg white, lightly beaten -
5. 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish -
6. 1/4 teaspoon salt, optional -
9. 1 jar (12 ounces) beef gravy -

How to cook deliciously - Easy Salisbury Steak
1. Stage
In a large bowl, combine the onion, saltines, egg white, milk, horseradish, salt if desired, and pepper. Crumble beef over mixture. Shape into 4 oval patties.
2. Stage
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook patties until no pink remains and a thermometer reads 160°, 5-6 minutes per side.
3. Stage
Remove patties and keep warm. Add the gravy, mushrooms and water to skillet; cook until heated through, 3-5 minutes. Serve with patties and, if desired, noodles.
