1. 3/4 cup unsweetened apple juice -
2. 2 tablespoons sugar -
3. 2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce -
4. 1 tablespoon white vinegar -
5. 1 teaspoon ground ginger -
6. 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder -
7. 1/8 teaspoon pepper -
8. 1 boneless pork loin roast (about 3 pounds), halved -
9. 7-1/2 teaspoons cornstarch -
10. 3 tablespoons cold water -

How to cook deliciously - Teriyaki Pork Roast

1. Stage

In a greased 3-qt. slow cooker, combine the first 7 ingredients. Add roast and turn to coat. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or until meat is tender.

2. Stage

Remove pork to a serving platter; keep warm. Skim fat from cooking juices. Transfer juices to a small saucepan; bring to a boil. Combine cornstarch and water until smooth. Gradually stir into the pan. Bring to a boil; cook and stir until thickened, 1-2 minutes. Serve with meat.
