Ingredients for - Four-Cheese Mac and Cheese

1. 1 package (16 ounces) elbow macaroni
2. 1/4 cup butter, cubed
3. 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
4. 1/2 teaspoon salt
5. 1/8 teaspoon pepper
6. 3 cups 2% milk
7. 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
8. 1-1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
9. 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
10. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

How to cook deliciously - Four-Cheese Mac and Cheese

1 . Stage

Cook macaroni according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a Dutch oven, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour, salt and pepper until smooth; gradually whisk in milk. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly; cook and stir until thickened, about 2 minutes.

2 . Stage

Reduce heat to low; stir in cheeses until melted. Drain macaroni; add to cheese sauce and stir until coated.
