6. Avocados - peeled, pitted, and chopped - 2
7. Green bell pepper, sliced - 1
8. Carrot, cut into matchstick-size pieces - 1 large
9. Green onions, sliced - 6
10. Celery, sliced - 1 stalk
11. Garlic, minced - 1 clove
12. Chopped fresh basil - 2 teaspoons
13. Chopped fresh parsley - 2 teaspoons
14. Chopped fresh cilantro - 2 teaspoons
15. Lemon zest - 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Avocado Whole Wheat Pasta Salad

1. Stage

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the rotini at a boil until tender yet firm to the bite, about 10 minutes; drain and run under cold water to prevent sticking.
