Ingredients for - Bacon Grilled Cheese

1. 1/4 cup mayonnaise -
2. 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard -
3. 8 slices sourdough bread -
4. 8 slices Swiss cheese (3/4 ounce each) -
5. 8 slices cheddar cheese (3/4 ounce each) -
6. 8 slices tomato -
7. 4 slices sweet onion -
8. 8 cooked bacon strips -
9. 2 tablespoons butter, softened -

How to cook deliciously - Bacon Grilled Cheese

1. Stage

In a small bowl, mix the mayo and mustard, then spread the mix over four slices of bread. Layer the bread with the two cheeses then the tomato, onion and bacon. Top with the remaining slice of bread, then thoroughly butter the outside of the sandwiches.

2. Stage

On a griddle or in a cast-iron pan, toast the sandwiches over medium heat until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is thoroughly melted, two to three minutes per side.
