Ingredients for - Balsamic Pea Salad

1. Frozen green peas 1 (16 ounce) package
2. Chopped almonds ½ cup
3. Chopped green onions ½ cup
4. Crumbled feta cheese ½ cup
5. Mayonnaise ¾ cup
6. Balsamic Vinegar 2 tablespoons
7. Black pepper to taste 2 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Balsamic Pea Salad

1 . Stage

Place peas in a colander, and run warm water over them until they are thawed. Place in a large bowl.

2 . Stage

Toast almonds in a skillet over medium heat. Then combine with peas.

3 . Stage

Stir in onions, feta cheese, and mayonnaise. Mix in balsamic vinegar, and season with pepper. Cover, and refrigerator.
