1. Mayonnaise - ¼ cup
2. Crumbled Cotija cheese - 2 teaspoons
3. Lime juice - 1 teaspoon
4. Chili powder - ¼ teaspoon
5. Corn, shucked and halved - 2 ears
6. Fresh cilantro, or to taste (Optional) - 4 sprigs

How to cook deliciously - Air Fryer Corn on The Cob

1. Stage

Preheat an air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

2. Stage

Mix mayonnaise, cotija cheese, lime juice, and chili powder in a shallow dish.

3. Stage

Roll each piece of corn in the mayonnaise mixture until all sides are covered.

4. Stage

Place all 4 pieces of the corn in the basket of the air fryer and cook for 8 minutes. Garnish with cilantro.
