1. Black beans, drained and rinsed 3 (15 ounce) cans
2. Mexican-style corn, drained 1 (11 ounce) can
3. Diced tomatoes with green chile peppers, partially drained 2 (10 ounce) cans
4. Tomatoes, diced 2
5. Green onions, chopped 2 bunches
6. Cilantro leaves, for garnish 2 bunches

How to cook deliciously - Black Bean Salsa

1 . Stage

In a large bowl, mix together black beans, Mexican-style corn, diced tomatoes with green chile peppers, tomatoes and green onion stalks. Garnish with desired amount of cilantro leaves. Chill in the refrigerator at least 8 hours, or overnight, before serving.
