3. Milk, divided 2 1/2 cups
4. Dry mustard powder ¾ teaspoon
5. Salt ½ teaspoon
6. Bread, cubed 8 slices
7. Shredded Cheddar cheese 4 cups
8. Condensed cream of mushroom soup 1 (10.5 ounce) can

1 . Stage

Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

Cook sausage in a large skillet over medium-high heat until evenly browned, crumbly, and no longer pink in the center, 7 to 9 minutes. Drain and discard any excess grease.
