Ingredients for - Carla's Sausage Cheese Balls

1. Bulk mild pork sausage - 1 (16 ounce) package
2. Bulk hot pork sausage - 1 (16 ounce) package
3. Shredded sharp Cheddar cheese - 1 (8 ounce) package
4. Biscuit baking mix (such as Bisquick®) - 2 cups

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

2. Stage

Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.

3. Stage

Mix mild sausage and hot sausage in a large bowl until evenly blended.

4. Stage

Stir Cheddar cheese into sausage mixture.

5. Stage

Mix biscuit baking mix into sausage mixture about 1/2 cup at a time until baking mix is moist.

6. Stage

Roll meat mixture into 1 1/4- to 1 1/2-inch balls.

7. Stage

Arrange meatballs on prepared baking sheet.

8. Stage

Bake in the preheated oven until meatballs are no longer pink in the center and cheese is browned, about 20 minutes.
