1. Eggs 2
2. White sugar 1 cup
3. Vegetable oil ⅔ cup
4. All-purpose flour 1 ½ cups
5. Baking soda ½ teaspoon
6. Salt ¼ teaspoon
7. Ground cinnamon 1 ½ teaspoons
8. Carrots, drained and pureed 1 (15 ounce) can
9. Crushed pineapple, drained 1 (20 ounce) can
10. Chopped walnuts 1 cup
11. Flaked coconut 1 cup

How to cook deliciously - Carrot Cake XII

1 . Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan. Sift together the flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Set aside.

2 . Stage

In a large bowl, beat eggs, sugar and oil until smooth. Beat in flour mixture. Stir in pureed carrots, pineapple, walnuts and coconut. Pour batter into prepared pan.

3 . Stage

Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Allow to cool.
