1. Pecan shortbread cookies (such as Keebler Sandies), finely crushed 6
2. Butter, melted 2 tablespoons
3. White sugar 2 tablespoons
4. (1/2 pint) canning jars with lids 6
5. Sliced fresh strawberries 12 ounces
6. Cream cheese, softened 1 (8 ounce) package
7. White sugar ½ cup
8. Fresh lemon juice 2 tablespoons
9. Heavy cream, whipped ½ cup

1 . Stage

Mix cookie crumbs, butter, and 2 tablespoons sugar in a bowl until combined. Divide mixture evenly among jars, about 3 1/2 tablespoons each, and gently press (do not pack) into bottoms.
