3. White sugar ½ cup
4. Lemon juice 1 tablespoon
5. Lemon zest 1 teaspoon
6. Brown sugar ½ cup
7. Whole wheat flour ½ cup
8. Rolled oats ½ cup
9. Salt ¼ teaspoon
10. Ground cinnamon 1 pinch
11. Cold butter, cut into cubes 4 tablespoons

1 . Stage

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a 2-quart baking dish.

Combine rhubarb, strawberries, white sugar, lemon juice, and lemon zest together in a bowl.
