1. Balsamic Vinegar - ¼ cup
2. Cherry preserves - 3 tablespoons
3. Extra-virgin olive oil - ½ cup
4. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - ½ cup
5. Mixed salad greens - 1 (10 ounce) package
6. Fresh pears, peeled and diced - 2 medium
7. Dried Cherries - ½ cup
8. Chopped pecans - ½ cup
9. Red onion, finely chopped - ¼ medium
10. Crumbled Gorgonzola cheese - ⅓ cup

1. Stage

Combine balsamic vinegar and cherry preserves for vinaigrette in a small bowl. Gradually whisk in olive oil until emulsified. Season with salt and pepper.
