Ingredients for - Candied Yams and Apples

1. Apples - peeled, cored, and sliced - 2 medium
2. Chopped pecans - ⅓ cup
3. Brown sugar - ½ cup
4. Ground cinnamon - ½ teaspoon
5. Cut yams, drained - 2 (15 ounce) cans
6. Margarine - ¼ cup
7. Mini marshmallows - 2 cups

How to cook deliciously - Candied Yams and Apples

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2. Stage

Toss apple, pecans, brown sugar, and cinnamon together in a bowl. Alternate layers of coated apple and cut yams in an 11x7-inch pan. Dot with margarine and cover.

3. Stage

Bake in the preheated oven until reduced and bubbly, 30 to 40 minutes. Cover with marshmallows and continue to bake until golden, 10 to 20 minutes more.
