Ingredients for - Candied Yams and Apples

1. Apples - peeled, cored, and sliced 2 medium
2. Chopped pecans ⅓ cup
3. Brown sugar ½ cup
4. Ground cinnamon ½ teaspoon
5. Cut yams, drained 2 (15 ounce) cans
6. Margarine ¼ cup
7. Mini marshmallows 2 cups

How to cook deliciously - Candied Yams and Apples

1 . Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2 . Stage

Toss apple, pecans, brown sugar, and cinnamon together in a bowl. Alternate layers of coated apple and cut yams in an 11x7-inch pan. Dot with margarine and cover.

3 . Stage

Bake in the preheated oven until reduced and bubbly, 30 to 40 minutes. Cover with marshmallows and continue to bake until golden, 10 to 20 minutes more.
