Ingredients for - Chicken Lettuce Cups

1. 1 packet stir-fry seasoning powder -
2. 1/4 cup water -
3. 2 tablespoons soy sauce -
4. 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice -
5. 1 teaspoon sugar -
6. 1 tablespoon canola oil -
7. 1 pound ground chicken breast -
8. 1 red bell pepper, diced -
9. 1/4 cup diced water chestnuts -
10. 2 tablespoons thinly sliced scallions -
11. Pinch crushed red pepper flakes -
12. 1 head of romaine lettuce (inner leaves only), or 2 heads of butter lettuce and /or radicchio -
13. For garnish: Mint, cilantro, bean sprouts, chopped peanuts -
