Ingredients for - Chicken Savoy

1. Whole chicken, cut into pieces 1 (2 to 3 pound)
2. Extra virgin olive oil ⅛ cup
3. Chicken stock 1 cup
4. Garlic, crushed 1 clove
5. Dried oregano 1 teaspoon
6. Salt and pepper to taste 1 teaspoon
7. Grated Romano cheese ¼ cup
8. Balsamic Vinegar 3 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Chicken Savoy

1 . Stage

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).

2 . Stage

Place chicken pieces in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Pour oil and stock over chicken and sprinkle with garlic. Season with oregano, salt and pepper and top with cheese.

3 . Stage

Bake in the preheated oven for about 45 to 60 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and no longer pink inside.

4 . Stage

Pour vinegar over chicken and serve.
