3. Diced water chestnuts, drained ¼ cup
4. Carrot, grated finely 1 small

7. Lean ground chicken 1 pound

1 . Stage

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease a rack and set it in a shallow baking pan.
