Ingredients for - Nut-Crusted Salmon

1. Finely chopped pistachios - ⅔ cup
2. Panko bread crumbs - ⅓ cup
3. Cream cheese, at room temperature - 1 (8 ounce) package
4. Dijon mustard - 3 tablespoons
5. Fresh lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
6. Finely chopped fresh dill - 2 teaspoons
7. Hot pepper sauce (such as Tabasco®), or more to taste - 3 drops
8. Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste - 3 drops
9. Salmon, skin removed - 4 (6 ounce) fillets

How to cook deliciously - Nut-Crusted Salmon

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

Combine pistachios and panko in a shallow bowl.

Mix cream cheese, Dijon, lemon juice, dill, and hot pepper sauce together in a bowl; season with salt and pepper.

Pat salmon fillets dry, then coat in cream cheese mixture on both sides. Roll in pistachio mixture, patting crumbs in place. Place fish on a nonstick baking sheet.
